FEBRUARY 2026 ASTROLOGY NEWSLETTER
Hello all, it appears that we’ve now arrived at the Aquarian station of February, overseen as it is by that rebel Uranus known for new ways, inventions, free speech. He’ll break away from Saturn’s ruler and become his actual self, in a couple of months, so well have to put up with him. I’m going to add the Hopi prophecy, regarding our very recent entrance into the “fifth world” of which they’ve stated in better words, eons ago:
“The time of the fast river has arrived.”
So much about the symbols and meaning of Aquarius are about community, uniting together and freedom of the people. Looking at these intense protests globally as well as nationally, brings up an earlier quote “Think global, act local” from Patrick Geddes in 1915, a Scottish urban planner. “Think cosmically act locally” could be our 2026 version of the same.
Several notable dates will stand out under some planetary attacks against Uranus bound up in stubborn earthly Taurus. (I do have to include some of the stellar references for my astro aware readers.) These knocks will likely emphasize certain global events, and of course those to our own USA. Mentioned as well will be a few events of significant historical relevance. All of the month’s early activities may be taken as steps leading up to the biggest event of the month, possibly the year. The total new moon Solar Eclipse on the 17th, exact on our own USA’s natal moon, 27. 50 Aquarius. I won’t be holding back on this. Astrology ’s best gifts are seen in its analysis of similar planetary cycles and patterns, and their historical as well as personal outcomes.
Now wait, this celestial event will also be coinciding with the Chinese New Year of the Fire Horse. Call it a rodeo of a year? Following the rather introspective snake year, the fire horse doesn’t stand still. Shall we gallup away under this energetic freedom loving posse of Mars, Venus, Sun, moon and Mercury ? Ok, we may not have much of a choice. So get those boots on, buckle up and up here we go to see what’s news or new!
THOUGHTS ON THIS CYCLE:
February1- 8th Sends the month off under the lion’s roar of the full moon in Leo (2:09 pm pst), and let’s remember that a well aspected moon in Leo speaks of a loving heart. Under that stellium of planets in Aquarius, no one’s holding back. Uranus’ dead stop on the 4th, will intensifying its actions as it begins to move retrograde. Then on the 6th, Mercury will square Uranus, followed by Venus, with similar action on the 8th. Will the following news have anything to do with Mars obstructing both JD Vance’s harsh Moon square Saturn while obstructing DJT’s Pluto, and all to be magnified under the weekend’s Scorpio moon? Well see. Things are heating up.
February 9 -17th With Saturn’s final arrival in Aries soon to join up with Neptune in a Mars ruled chapter, a question standing out is: will we see more intensity showing itself while some non violent protestors hoping for peace, might crash once again with authority on the streets ?
Mercury moving into retrograde right here, will remain in the sign of Pisces for almost 3 months. Retrograde actions indicate a planet’s closer proximity to earth, same side as the Sun, thereby bestowing its fire or grace upon earth however that may play out.
I’ll add one other Mercurial item of interest. Picking up radio signals from the antlers on its head, old Merc will finally end its peregrination into past thoughts and actions to leap into Aries on a very amazing day, April 16th. You’ll see.
February 17th. Ok there’s no holding back, we have arrived at this cosmic event, the total Solar Eclipse at 28 Aquarius (6:08 am pst). Fat Tuesday or Mardi Gras, and Ramadan all beginning at sundown. Now this eclipse will be receiving a sharp arrow from Uranus in 27.31 Taurus. The connection to that nasty fixed star Algol may add some disconcerting news for certain world leaders, including that of our own president Trump.
Another rather concerning aspect is how our natal USA moon at 27.53 Aquarius, our national heart and selves, will be identically fixed to the the solar eclipse point, suggests a call for action! The actual trigger will find its target later month when Mars crosses over the eclipse degree with flaming reprisals onto early March. What to say except the re-evolution has been and is here now.
Looking back into our nation’s history, the very sad dates of March April 1942 showed up on my screen. Why? Well right then the Bataan Death March began. Then on April 9th, with Saturn on Uranus where it is right now (hitting our national moon ) American and Filipino forces were forced to surrender to the Japanese at Bataan after months of desperate fighting. The forced internment of Japanese Americans had begun in March 1942. Things were not looking good for US. Meanwhile, the current geological reports including those on our Sun’s recent massive solar flare ejections have brought me to another critical moment. Such activity mentioned as a very strong possibility if it does occur, may knock out R1 to R3 radio blackouts with some power and communication cut offs. If so, what would be those more likely dates? First off would be early week after the full moon, then later on, closer days near the 17th’s solar even. I’m keeping my fingers crossed hoping that Stefan Burns might be wrong. But our generous freedom loving natal USA moon and rising sign of body and self, are not on a completely safe paths just now.
February 20- 25th If you haven’t deleted this letter yet, there is a soft and even helpful moment that must be brought up as we continue our ride on the fire horse. The calming water harmony of Mercury and Venus in Pisces with Jupiter in Cancer, is a wonderful bandaid or we can even call it a healing aspect to our USA Sun. Time to sit back a little and enjoy some better days. ( ps. early early March’s lunar eclipse will hand a similar upbeat effect to our national chart).
Swimming along in Pisces, Mercury will be going direct on the 26th, same day as Saturn’s exact meet up with Neptune at one degree of Aries.
Ok, since Aries needs action, I’ll add a quote from someone, an Aries Sun no less. Her motto was, “shoot first aim later”. The Saturn Neptune duo in Aries will be sweeping its way throughout the year. A new fire and air chapter for the world is heading our way. and no doubt whatsoever its influence will be felt personally and globally. A few days later the lineup of Mercury, Mars, Venus and Sun all in Pisces suggests a re-think, time to figure things out. Deep Piscean imaginative processes can bring up incredible thoughts from the soul and psyche of self and sky into reality. Mushrooms not required. Then let us not overlook how Neptune, ruler of Piscean dreams and illusions, the slated star ruler of the Film Industry, which will have its gratifying entertainment night soon. FEBRUARY 21- 24th Ok fortunately for you these are some of the best times of the month and to the Sun in Pisces with Pallas and the north node is a mark for something really big, even a life change, to happen, and it’s good!

APRIL 16-18th these birthdates perfectly aspected by the solar eclipse, exact if the 17th, could bring a rather exciting change in some area of your life. Your Suns will love this energy, all physical, mental and emotional. Be glad it’s not on your Suns.
APRIL 21- 23d For a short time this year you have that blockhead Pluto, holding a stop sign about something or other. Then, later month the sky supports your Sun with Its early Pisces Sun and Pallas Athena, the wisdom chief, holds your head in her heart. Think away! It’s great! Very early Feb and very early March like you a lot.
MAY 7 – 10th Be very careful and stay safe close to these same days and then close to the eclipse it’s not ok as Mars squares your Suns directly. . Luckily that eclipse is no where near your degrees, but Mars is. Later month you’ll love that peace vibe from Venus with Jupiter.
MAY 17 -18th Ok I’ll be blunt, just stay safe, under the bed, on that eclipse day but even more so on the last days of the month into very early March. I care about health and safety so don’t take any risks.
MAY 21- 24th The aspect from Pluto, Saturn and Neptune to your Suns and selves is a straight up gift from the heavens. Add to this the support provided to you for any creative project! Wow! You can’t pay $$ for this either.
MAY 26 – 31st You early Gems are fortunate to have Mars as your friend and life guard throughout the first week of the month. As the months progress into April you’ll also have a good friend in Saturn, for security and even physical support for several moths to follow!
JUNE 1- 7th Well June Bugs , this month has some fun days for you if you’re careful. From the 6th tot he 16th Mars is running your car, carefully, not running over you. As the days progress a but of a back up may be called for when Merc and Venus go all Pisces and even confuse something. Early days time to act.
JUNE 15 – 19th Wow the energy from that total eclipse along with Chiron and Eris is just amazing. Did you call a great magician? Mars later month is another helpful driver. Use it all well. March will have some Piscean crabs to your Gem Suns.
JUNE 19 -22nd That early Saturn and Neptune Aries skateboard isn t too nice to your Suns and selves. As the month progresses midway, you will have some nice lights from Merc, Venus and Pallas the wise one!
JULY 4- 6th. Be a bit careful around the 12- 16th, its a Mars thing. Then, the sky changes in your favor with that nice team in mid Pisces along with Jupiter direct over head, lucky you as the month moves to its close!
JULY 16 -18th You still have that creative support from Uranus for a little while longer. Now the eclipse throws a 150 degree aspect your way, so stand back on those dates be careful. Later month same thing. Better days are yours in the month ahead.
JULY 20 – 23d Well that early ride of Neptune and Saturn in Aries will be a great support for you moving forward and they will soften the Pluto power bar over on the other side. Even better after July!
AUGUST 1- 3d Well hello all of you shiny Leos, the full moon on Sunday is all yours for open hearted action and the positive vibe extends onto early Tuesday. The other good news relates to a nice boost to any thoughts and projects.
AUGUST 8 -10th It’s hard sometimes to be in the opposite side of the zodiac in a solar eclipse month. Now your dates are a week earlier . But be careful during that eclipse Mars is running against your Tesla or toy truck. Then around the 11-12th some nice days thanks to a moon in Sag and Ceres the earth goddess lifting your wings!! Go ahead plant that rose bush.
AUGUST 17-18th Ok I have to be honest, this total solar eclipse, same dates as yours! with its square to Uranus is not your friend as it hits your Suns and selves. Health and safety above all !Stay quiet and be safe until early March. No ski trips! Because I said so.
AUGUST 26- Sept 1st Well this is a big deal, The south lunar node crossing over your Suns indicates what many call a moment of karma, to pause and consider many things, events, people, future plans, as there may be some significant changes ahead. And that’s not all a bad thing!
SEPTEMBER 1- 8th You have a gift of sky this month all month from Jupiter and more specifically with Venus from the 19 to the 28th!
SEPTEMBER 16 -18th The solar Eclipse, same dates as these, say you need to hold back just a little while to be safe. Now the fun part for you but not many others has been Uranus being his best to encourage and inspire you.
SEPTEMBER 20 -29th Early Libras will love early February! Action, fun! Earlier dates, 20- 24th also have an incredible uplift from Pluto to sharpen and preserve any new plans ! Your personal security guard!
OCTOBER 1- 6th Action is your name with so many air friends early days for sure. Someone may have to put you on a leash its that big a deal. Just watch your step around the 8 -9th.
OCTOBER 16-18th Ok the big news is how will the solar eclipse, same dates , affect you? Well Air loves Air so it should be pretty energetic and helpful in many ways for you!
OCTOBER 20- 23d Sorry to say that red stop sign to your life you can blame it on Pluto . Then the slightly better news from the 7th to 15th . Future days into next month will have a better story.
OCTOBER 31 – NOVEMBER 5th..Very early days and a little further to the 12th, 2 to 5th bdays, just slow down. Fixed signs Aquarius and Scorpio are not good friends and of course you have other aspects probably some in air signs. And this is month packed in air ups tot he 20th.
NOVEMBER 7- 10th Ok Im being very direct, these close dates this month are not too nice for your Sun and person. Now very late month will like you a lot! Such nice influences from loving Venus and deep thoughts all good from Mercury, both in Pisces
NOVEMBER 16 -18th This is hard for me to say but I must . The solar eclipse dates exact same as your birthdates, will not be very nice at all..Therefore be prepared to stay safe somewhere and take no chances whatsoever. Don’t answer unpleasant calls. Your chart has many aspects therefore Im sure the good parts are with you. It will go as you head into March.
NOVEMBER 30 – DECEMBER 4th Ok early air and fire Suns, the sky has your number and will fuel your tanks right at the very beginning of the month. Energy and mental doorways opening ! later month 15th to 21st just hold back a little its not terrible not an eclipse point.
DECEMBER 10 -13th Most of the month will send you some fun energetic days, early days for sure. And no matter what you have a strong friend in Ceres the earth month god, all month! Later month has some slight hold back moments, matters to re-consider. But air and fire are good friends and that’s who you are.
DECEMBER 16 – 8th Ok Fire people, the solar eclipse, amazing that it is, will like you a lot and you can sure use that air energy to uplift and inspire your deepest desires! Create, think, paint and sing.
DECEMBER 19 -21st Well that Saturn creature has been holding a red stop sign in front of you for a while . He’ll be moving fast away come April. A bigger issue short time is his combo with Neptune intensifying confusion, holding back decisive thoughts and actions. The Neptune confusion part will hang around for a while then move his butt away. Later month, especially the 23 to 24th, that nice Sun in Pisces to moon in Taurus will set a nice uplift for you.
JANUARY 9 -11th Not too many direct exact aspects until later month, after the 20th.Then its your better time, say like the 23-24th when Mercury, the Taurus moon and Juno may very well ring your bell with some good news.
JANUARY 15 – 17th Well even though that Uranus creature isn’t that happy in earth signs you’ve been the lucky ones to have the creative and financial support of anyone. Later into March things get even better !
JANUARY 19 – 23d Once again I’ll bring up that powerful visitor Pluto who’s been crossing overhead, huge events! And I hope it’s been really nice, especially since you’ll soon be having Saturn jumping onboard to set up your tent and office. Also with Neptune’s help, as if you needed any more inspiration.
